Ha Na Hotel Da Lat

The receptionist was so kind. They let us leave our bags at the hotel and kept them safe until we could check in. Thanks so much, Ha Na Hotel! Highly recommended, five stars.

Avoid this place. When we arrived there was no hot water, and ants were all over the bathroom. A staff member sprayed them, but the smell was strong and he left the dead ants there. It was already 10 PM after a long trip, so we asked them to cancel the room if the hot water wasn’t fixed within an hour. We waited three hours without getting any updates, and no one spoke English, so we finally left. They told Booking that we hadn’t shown up. They also wouldn’t cover the extra cost of the other hotel we had to find at the last minute.

The staff were super friendly and the location was excellent. We paid under 10 dollars a night for a double twin bed, so it was very affordable. The cleaning could be better.

I booked through Agoda, but the hotel asked me to cancel. I was lucky I called to confirm before going. They said they had emailed and called me about the room, but I received neither. Then they told me my booked room wasn’t available and there was no replacement room for my dates, so they wanted me to cancel. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional. If they can’t manage bookings from apps, they shouldn’t list the hotel there. Be careful if you’re thinking of booking through any app.
