The room was dirty, old, and badly maintained. The mattress was thin, hard, and made of old sponge, and the sheets felt like jute sacks. The shower water was freezing, there was no AC, only an old fan, and nobody at reception spoke English, not even basic words. Worst hotel we've stayed in in Vietnam. Stay away!

The room for two was fine, though you have to pay a little extra to get a window. There's a tub, but no stopper for the drain, so you still have to shower standing up in it.

We only booked bus tickets here, so I can't say much about the rooms. Reception was helpful and spoke pretty good English, though I guess it depends on who's working. While we waited for the bus company to get back to us, she brought us tea. I took off a star because they only accept cash.

There were still hairs from previous guests in the bed, and we couldn't get hot water. The staff don't understand any English.
