We found the price quite good, and the view from the homestay was lovely. The rooms were new and clean, and there were plenty of them, which works well for families or groups of friends. It was well equipped, too. The location is a little way from the city center, so it stays quiet. There's a pool nearby, but the rain meant I missed the chance to try it.

We were five adults and five kids driving through Vietnam, and this villa worked really well for our family. It's in a leafy, quiet urban neighborhood, and there's a children's pool for 30k per child. You can walk to several cafes within a few hundred meters. Cuoi Quan is especially handy, with tasty food and a pub setting, so we could walk back with the family after eating and drinking without worrying about driving. In the daytime, Van Chieu Quan has a fishing pond that looked like an interesting experience.
