For my first trip to Vietnam, this was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were simple, cool, and clean, and I had what I needed. The location was perfect. Thanks for being so welcoming!

The room had bed bugs and cockroaches. The receptionist was unbelievably unfriendly and blamed us for the bugs. Nobody seemed to care. They barely looked up when we spoke to them, staying focused on games on their phones. Disgusting hotel. Don’t stay there, there are plenty of other places in Hue.
