The breakfast was a treat, with a buffet of fruit, bread, and more plus several egg options. My room was nicely decorated and clean, and felt like home right away. The staff were kind and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel is well placed, about five minutes from the imperial city and just over the bridge from the inner city. I really enjoyed staying here and would choose it again on another trip to Hue.

The hotel is clean and roomy, and the rooms are about as quiet as you can hope for in busy Hue. It’s an easy walk to the center, with lovely bars and restaurants just behind it overlooking the moat around the imperial citadel. Vi and her colleagues made our short visit one of the highlights of my time in Vietnam. We arrived drenched in torrential rain, without cash, and with only one day to explore. They helped us figure out what to see, including the imperial city a short walk away, and suggested a nearby place to eat. They also arranged our train for the next night. After we got back from a long day out, our tickets and clean laundry were ready, and the staff let us wait at the hotel for the night train and arranged a taxi.

The welcome was warm, and everything felt carefully looked after. We found the rooms comfortable and the service excellent, and had a wonderful stay. We'd happily come back and recommend the place.

They even gave me a room upgrade at no charge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and could arrange a scooter rental, which made it easy to explore more of the city on my own. I could also leave my bag there before check-in.

A charming little boutique hotel right by the entrance to Hue's imperial city. The room had tasteful decor and a good bed, and the warm service made for a lovely welcome to the city. The location is hard to beat, near the riverside promenade, restaurants, and sights, and the price is great too. Cheers!
