The owner really helped make my trip easy and enjoyable. She booked two great value tours for me and always greeted me with a smile. One was a full day by car or bike to three tombs, the Incense shop and a pagoda for 450 vnd, with no time limit, and the driver was great too. The other was a full sightseeing trip from Hue to Hoi An with an English guide for 300 vnd. The room was quiet at night, spotless, and had great amenities, including a fridge. It was cleaned daily if needed. The bathroom was great too, with hot water and strong shower pressure. The sites were very walkable from here, and there were lots of good food options nearby. I’d recommend the family restaurant next door for the best options, and Namsta coffee for a relaxed snack and drink. There was some daytime construction, but it stopped by 7pm at the latest. I absolutely loved this place and was sad to leave. 🙏🏼

The owner always welcomed me with a smile, and she even booked me a cheaper bus to Pakse, Lao, without any hassle. I wish her well, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Hue. This wasn’t a five-star hotel, of course, but the value would be hard to beat. My room was kept in really good shape. There are good restaurants close by, and both the river and Walking street are about a 7-minute walk away.

I couldn’t get any sleep because renovation work began before 7 am and started up every morning. Good sleep is the whole point of getting a hotel room, with everything else just a bonus. When I raised it with them, they blamed the place next door, but I saw workers on the intermediate floors when I left my room at 9am. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The staff were great and accommodating, and I liked being able to walk easily to restaurants and shops. Getting a Grab was easy too. I stayed for 2 nights, and during my December 2025 visit the fan was enough, so I liked having both that and AC as options.

The location worked well for us, and the room was clean. Still, it felt dated and smelled musty, and we couldn't shut the window. Maybe we were unlucky, but I don't really understand the high rating. You get what you pay for.
