We walked into an almost empty hotel, and there were four dead cockroaches in our room when we arrived. The air conditioning was there, but so were mosquito nets, which immediately worried me. The room was run-down and dirty, with dim lights and worn furniture. Maybe it's fine if all you need is a bed for the night, but I didn't stay. My friend and I booked another hotel, and while I'm writing this, they've found a live cockroach in the bath. We're getting out of here!

We'd been back three times in seven years, but after this visit I won't return. The hotel is in disarray now, with poor, indifferent service and dirt. The once-great breakfast buffet has been replaced by a menu with about four choices. We checked out after one night and found a much better hotel for virtually the same price. It used to be a good hotel, and breakfast was included and great.

The location is great, right beside the citadel, and breakfast is free. There’s also a small swimming pool, and the price was cheap at about $22. The room, though, wasn't clean or in good condition.

I liked the beautiful style, friendly staff, and nice kitchen. The location is good, with King's palace just around the corner and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Very nice place.

The Imperial City is close enough to walk to, and the shower was hot. I did notice a little mold above the air conditioner in our room, but otherwise I had no complaints.
