The Times Hotel

They arranged a night bus to Hanoi for me at a good price, with pickup right at the hotel, which made everything really easy. The staff were very nice. I could also leave my bags there after checkout until the bus came that night, so I was free to explore the city. It’s a decent place for the price, and a Grab ride to the Imperial City cost just $0.70.

There were drinks in the fridge that nobody mentioned when we checked in. At checkout, they asked whether we’d taken any and charged us for them. I wish they’d told us about that when we arrived. The receptionist was really helpful and the staff lovely. The room was nice, though the bathroom was a bit small, which is fair for the price. It can get noisy when other guests, like kids, are loud. We still had a very nice few-day stay. The hotel is at the end of a little street, and Hue is beautiful.

If I get the chance to visit Hue City again, I’ll definitely come back to The Times Hotel. The room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials. Staff were friendly and ready to help from check-in through checkout. It’s the best choice I’ve experienced in Hue, and I had an excellent stay.

We really liked the service and the clean room, especially for such a decent price. One of the best and cheapest hotels my girlfriend and I stayed in while in Vietnam. We recommend it 100%!
