The only thing going for this place is how close it is to the city center. It smells unbelievably damp, and the tiny elevator barely fits two people, maybe four if they're really skinny. Water from the sink ends up on the floor, and the shower has no curtain or door, so your clothes get sprayed. I saw three cockroaches in five hours. The floors were dirty with shoe prints, and the paint was peeling. There's a balcony that won't lock, so I couldn't feel safe sleeping, and the top stair has no glass panel, leaving a chance of falling through. Music from nearby businesses pounds through the walls. Anyone calling this place clean is lying!

The location worked brilliantly for me. There were good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby, and I could find everything I needed. The receptionist was friendly, the room price was good, and the hot water worked very well. A brighter lamp in the lobby would help. I had a great stay.

The staff were nice, and it's close to The Sinh Tourist office. It's a simple place with a good price, though the walls could use paint.

The price stays fair across the seasons. My experience with them was okay, nothing more.

The photo showing the front of the hotel is outdated. Please update it, since the area around the hotel has changed.
