Our Studio room was spacious, and the hotel and room were clean and tidy. There were some drawbacks, though: ants in the room, a very firm bed, and just one bedside table with a single power point on it. The shower is inside a deep bath, so getting in and out is difficult. Breakfast has to be ordered the day before. There's only one air conditioner in the bedroom, and even with the fan on it doesn't reach the sitting room.

I arrived on a night bus from Ninh Binh and the staff took great care of me. They gave me a very good rate for a part-day stay, so I had a comfortable room to nap in and take a morning shower. I could leave my luggage there for the day and use a shower for free after spending the day in Hue. The staff were super helpful and made sure my needs were taken care of. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends planning to visit Hue.

The staff were very good, breakfast was great, and the location worked well. We arrived at 6am and got a room before check-in for a reasonable 200,000VD. Still, there were far too many ants. We found them in our suitcase, shoes, and even my laptop, not just a few expected ones. The cups had lipstick marks, and the hot water never got fully warm. It was fine for a short stay, but cleanliness needs more attention.

Room 303 was clean, nice, and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of the imperial and perfume reiver, and the busy night walking street is just a two-minute walk away.

The rooms were clean and the service was pretty good. We booked unlimited spa access through Booking.com, but they wouldn't let us in as promised, and we could only use it twice.
