Phat Diem Plaza Hotel

The staff were lovely, especially Miss Van at reception, who was so enthusiastic and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is very close to Phat Diem Cathedral. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely give it a try. 🤌

We picked this hotel because it’s among the closest ones to the Catholic church, and it worked out well. The church view is incredible, the room felt fancy and was clean, and there’s a parking area. Breakfast phở was really good. My room had a safe, though it didn’t work. 5/5, I’d definitely recommend it, and I hope to come back 😅

Ngoc was incredibly caring while I was there. On the first day she gave me complimentary watermelon juice, and when she learned I wasn’t feeling well, she brought orange juice, fresh strawberries, and ginger tea because she wanted to help. She even came to my room later with medicine so I could recover faster. I’ve never experienced that kind of kindness elsewhere. Van was also very sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and the whole staff were attentive and kind. The housekeeping team did a great job. My room was always spotless and carefully cleaned, never rushed. They changed the towels daily and replenished the water, tea, coffee, and other essentials. The rooms were clean and cozy, and you could order food at the hotel, which was delicious and convenient. They also made it easy for me to rent a motorbike. I stayed at Phát Diệm Plaza Hotel and was touched by the warm hospitality. It felt like a place where guests are genuinely cared for, and the atmosphere and service made it one of the best places I’ve stayed recently. 🤍
