The bed was like a rock, with a polyester pillowcase and blanket, and the place was noisy, with families and kids running around. Staff were mostly inattentive, and the premises are poorly maintained. My room hadn't been serviced properly: there was used toothpaste and a used comb with hair in it. The plumbing is atrocious, with dripping taps keeping the floors wet and slippery, and the hot and cold taps are reversed. I had to ask for toilet paper and bottled water, and the bathroom door handle was missing. Should I go on? Spend the extra $ and stay elsewhere.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a home-like feel. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Everything was amazing!

It was a really bad experience. The room looked okay when I went in, but a musty smell hit me as soon as I opened the door. Then I opened the wardrobe to look for a hair dryer and found a used box of condoms. They hadn't even emptied the trash bin.

For 200,000 rubles, it's a decent room. The air conditioning works, and there's hot water. You can ask for a kettle and dishes if you need them. It wasn't very clean, though, and the bathroom was moldy.
