The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with cozy beds and full amenities, and the whole stay felt modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. TRU by Hilton Lang Son is conveniently located for business or leisure, making it a great choice when visiting Lang Son.

For the same money, there are better options very close by. This place is a dump, with no bar, restaurant, or service. Hilton should be embarrassed.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel and location were very nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast was tasty and had a good mix of options, and the price felt fair for the quality. My room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help with questions. I had a great stay and would come back when I get the chance.

10/10
The common spaces felt comfortable and youthful, and met Hilton standards. I also found the price fair for what I got. The hotel’s central spot made it easy to get around, find places to eat, and see the sights. My room was clean and modern, with a nice view, a comfortable bed, and all the basics. Staff were helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I was very happy with my stay and would return, and recommend it to friends.
