The sheets were dirty, and there were insects and spider webs. Cigarette smoke smelled very strong in our room, and the poor soundproofing meant we heard people talking, walking, and even the housekeepers cleaning. We had to sleep with both the noise and smell. A really bad stay, highly wouldn’t recommend.😰

The room was large, spacious, and clean, but noise from the Karaoke bar upstairs went on all night until 06:30, with lots of furniture scraping across the floor too. In the morning there was no hot water, and nobody could say when it would be fixed. We came down for breakfast at 08:20, and the photos show what it looked like. By the time we left at 09:00, it was even worse. The front desk staff couldn’t communicate in English, so we checked out early and filed a complaint to get our money back.
