The price was cheap, and the owner was friendly.

The bathroom was dirty and the shower was broken. The refrigerator didn't work either, and the door slams loudly while the wind howls. I've never seen a place this bad. Horrible.

My cousin is so unreasonable. He charged double the room rent one day, then doubled it again the next. Life here is terrible, basically.
