The grounds are spacious and green, and the mangoes are plentiful and sweet. The owners offer them to guests as a treat, which is very sweet. Everything felt carefully looked after: the stainless steel pool loungers and swings, the clean water despite all the trees, and the housekeeping staff always busy cleaning. The pool itself was clean and regularly attended to. Staff, from the cleaning lady to the pool attendant, were cheerful, welcoming, and a big part of why guests may come back. The rooms have been newly renovated, with large, soft, comfortable beds and all the essentials. It’s easy to find, with restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and cafes nearby. It’s a lovely place to relax with family or friends, and I’d definitely return. A couple of things could be better. The elevator creaks, which feels a bit scary, and the rooms aren’t very soundproof. Guests are asked not to take the elevator when wet, but there aren’t any towels by the pool. The beach isn’t very close either, though the hotel now offers an electric shuttle. One detail to know: buffet breakfast is served only on Sunday mornings, once a week. The weekend surcharge applies to Saturday night, not Friday night as at many other places. If you’re visiting Long Hai and need a place to stay, this is worth checking out. Calling the number in the contact section gets a better price than booking at reception.

There’s plenty of space, and the place feels open and clean. The pool is large, parking is available, and the buffet breakfast is tasty with lots of choice. The beach is an easy short walk away, or you can take the free electric buggy. The owner and staff are all very enthusiastic.

For less than 400k VND a night, it’s a pretty good deal. The rooms are spacious and airy, and there’s a pool. A few things to know: the towels in the wooden cabinet smell, the bathroom fixtures are somewhat old, and the combs are reusable rather than disposable.

I’m back for my second stay, and it feels completely like home. The owners are friendly, the staff are helpful, and most of all, the food suits my family’s taste perfectly.
