Khâch San Nhâ Hâng Ngoc Thu

We chose this hotel from the photos for a road trip stay with my family, then realized the pictures were very outdated. We booked two rooms and were out again within five hours. The place seemed abandoned, with just one person at reception and no other staff around. It was extremely run down, dusty everywhere, and the pool was covered in algae. The blue carpets had what looked like red stains all over, which was unsettling. The whole atmosphere was eerie and reminded me of the hotel in ‘The Shining’. Our room wasn’t acceptable either. The sheets looked as if they hadn’t been washed in years, and the bathroom seemed already used and not cleaned. Nothing felt sanitary or maintained. I strongly wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re in the area. I don’t know how this hotel is still operating.
