Chino Homestay Mang Den

I arrived early, and they got my room ready quickly. It looked out onto a beautiful garden, with a lovely breeze coming through when I opened both windows. The owner was kind and welcoming, and there’s secure motorbike parking, a big garden, and a cafe. Mang Den is an interesting place to spend time walking and riding around. I enjoyed my short stay.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely come back. The home felt warm and comfortable, with thoughtful little decorations, light throughout, and lovely songs playing. We also had lots of fun with the cute dogs. It’s the best homestay we’ve stayed in.

We spent two good nights here in Mang Den. The dorm was clean, and Ri was very accommodating. I’d recommend it if you’re stopping in town.

The big kitchen was comfortable, and we could cook and eat there with the other guests. We also had coffee every day for the six days we stayed, at Amazon coffee and pub, which Miss Huyen runs in front of the villa garden for guests and other visitors. My two daughters will miss her and her four lovely dogs, Chi, No, Mang, Den. Thanks, Miss Huyen, for treating us like friends. We’ll come back soon. We arrived in Măng Đen at 3 a.m. with no warning from the bus and were freezing on that first day, but the helpful, warm, cute host, Miss Huyen, made us feel welcome with her gentle voice. The villa is lovely, surrounded by lots of pine trees, and it’s about 300m from peaceful Dak Ke lake. We went jogging in the morning.
