Their tour service arranged our Fansipan trip, so we didn't have to wait in line, and it cost the same as the original ticket. The hotel is perched on a hilltop with beautiful views and had everything we needed to stay warm in Sapa. We loved the place and would recommend it completely.

If dinner at Jungle is an option, don't skip it. Every dish tasted like it had been made with care, and the meal was a real highlight. We were also looked after wonderfully from the moment we arrived until it was time to leave. The whole team was kind and attentive, and even with almost three days of rain, their advice helped us make the most of our time and decide what to see and do. We left very happy, and very full.

We stayed in the loft apartment, which was beautiful and roomy, with two bathrooms and a great view. The location is fairly central and really convenient, though the shortcut in and out involves stairs. Staff were friendly and quick to respond when we needed anything, and the food was divine. The beds are on the firm side. I'd recommend staying here.

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. It's a quiet, peaceful homestay. Just be aware that insects can get inside through little gaps in the floor and roof.

It's a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, about a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. The bar has a lovely city view at night if you fancy a drink. The food is simple but really tasty, with things you can't order in restaurants.
