Mr Binh was our captain for the few days of riding, and what a wonderful man. He navigated brilliantly and explained Ha Giang’s history so well. The riders were friendly and respectful, and the tour agency planned everything very efficiently. Absolutely amazing tour, I’d recommend it 100%!

The rooms were comfortable and such good value, but what I’ll remember most is how they treated me and my Dad after the flooding in Ha Giang. With all the shops closed, the staff shared their own food with us. They were incredibly kind, and I can’t thank them enough. I hope I get to visit again someday.

Leaving our luggage there for free was really helpful, and renting a motorcycle was straightforward with no hidden costs or hassles. As a Westerner, I found the people friendly and the service great. I’d recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly during our one-night stay before the Ha Giang tour. The room was okay, though there wasn’t much room to put our things, and no light by the bed for reading.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh banh mi and a variety of fruit. The hotel is super clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Since there’s no Grab in Ha Giang, they offered to call a taxi for us. The front desk staff speak English and Mandarin, too.
