Check-in was the awkward part. There’s no receptionist at the front desk, so you have to check in by the gym, which could be inconvenient late at night or when it’s busy. Otherwise, the place feels new and well cared for, with clean, modern rooms and handy high-tech features. The gym is clean, has enough equipment for a decent workout, and is free to use. A twin room cost 480,000 VND including taxes and fees, which seemed very reasonable. Good value if you want an affordable, clean place with modern tech. I’d recommend it, though the front desk service could be better.

The nearby gym and café were useful, and the room had some modern equipment. I got the 500k dong insurance deposit back without any trouble, and they also provided two free bottles of water. I didn’t speak much with the receptionist or guardian, but they seemed decent. The room itself was noisy, with loud music from the nearby gym between 18:00 and 21:00. I could also hear people talking loudly in the corridor early in the morning and the next-door guests having sex. There were no windows, and it smelled of bug spray. The mattress was rock hard and hard to sleep on. The kettle was dirty and had ants in it. I guess the previous guest may have boiled milk in it. They ask for an extra 500k dong as insurance. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you really want to use the gym and coffee.

There’s parking and an elevator, and the bed was clean and comfortable with hot water available. The hotel is centrally located in Mong Cai, near convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Highly recommend!
