The service was so bad I can’t believe it, and I won’t be coming back. The reception staff were strict, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I don’t know why my experience was so different from the online reviews. The rooms were extremely dirty and smelled strongly of smoke, enough to make me feel sick. The facilities were old and dirty too. I think they may have reused the bedclothes without washing them. I highly recommend choosing another hotel!

The owners were so welcoming, and they even let us use their motorbike to look around town without taking any extra money. The rooms were spotless and the hotel feels brand new. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We'd happily stay here again. Our room was clean, and the bed was huge with a really comfortable mattress and soft pillows. The owner even called after seeing us on the rooftop camera to explain where the light switch was, then offered us some of his own beer when I didn't like the fridge options. They also secured our motorbike with two locks overnight.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and everything was super clean. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, and even helped me order what he said was the best milk tea in town.
