My husband and I tried the massage here, and it was a big mistake. The women didn’t seem to know what they were doing. We tried to be polite, so I asked how long they’d been trained 😂. When it was over, they shut the door and wouldn’t let us out, asking for an “extra” tip. It felt like a hostage situation, lmao. Never again. The massage room looked dirty, like it was for drunk guys to come in for massages and “more than that” with the women. I’m still traumatized. I should never have had this kind of service at a place like this 🤦♀️. Thank God I didn’t catch anything from sitting or lying on those massage tables. Lesson learned!

The hotel is in a newer part of Nam Dinh, near the national roads to and from Ha Noi and Hai Phong. A nice place to stay when visiting the city, with clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and a fair price. The service is high quality.

I’ve stayed here many times on business, but this will definitely be my last. The room was clean, yet the sheets and pillows smelled bad. The internet was lousy, breakfast has gone downhill, and the staff didn’t seem to care when we complained. We’ll stay somewhere else next time.

The rooms are good, but the toilet isn’t and the floors are dirty. Still, it’s fine for a night or two and better than the other lakeside hotel.

There were flies wandering over the breakfast food. The options for meat, soup, fruit, and bread were limited, and the omelet was okay. If you like vegetables, there’s hardly anything to choose from, and even the salad leaves were poor quality. The massage wasn’t up to standard either. The room cleaners are the culprits, trying to take things that should be included for free.
