I stayed for three months. The area was quiet, the place had been newly renovated, and it was near Myan. There was parking, a nice large TV, and drinks for sale downstairs. There’s also a cafe, though they don’t know how to make coffee. The price was very high, around 10 million rubles a month, and there’s no pool, gym, or other facilities. The mattresses were very hard. Water pressure caused constant trouble: turning on a faucet could make it jerk and spray water everywhere. Twice a month, huge cockroaches got into the apartment, even though the windows were always shut. The service staff didn’t speak English and couldn’t help. Cleaning was poor, and the cleaners often didn’t show up, sometimes leaving the apartment uncleaned for over a week. There was also a serious problem before we moved in. When we first saw the hotel, the manager said we could check in the next day. Later she said she’d been mistaken and that we couldn’t move in for a week. We had to spend over 4 million on another hotel while waiting, which meant a rushed search and extra trips with big suitcases. The staff were completely uncooperative about it. Their best offer was to negotiate a 100,000 discount, saving me 300,000 dong. That did not come close to covering the extra 4 million in costs or the inconvenience.

You’re right by the beach here, and the location is fantastic.
