I really liked the room and the hotel's design, from the lobby right down to the little details. The owner has great style and clearly pays attention to them. The location was lovely too, and that's why I give the room and location five stars. Our arrival didn't feel very welcoming, though. That first impression was unpleasant, and as visitors from another city we expected a friendlier reception. For customer service, I'd give three stars. Still, I enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back. I hope the service gets even better in the future. Thank you so much!

We paid RM100 a night without breakfast, which felt like great value. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my two-night stay. I had a Standard Double Room. It was clean and comfortable, with beautiful décor and a really distinctive design. The main drawback was the noise, as the sound insulation could be better, but it didn't affect my stay too much. Lovely place, good service, stylish room, and a great price. I'd stay again.

The room was spacious and nice, the location was good, and I liked the pool. One staff member was friendly and helpful. At checkout, though, another one made for a pretty awful encounter. I handed over my key card, and after checking the room he said I had to pay for water. I told him the girl had said it was free when I checked in, and asked why I should pay. He started loudly yelling and arguing with me at 6 a.m. that I had to pay. I did, and left. As I was getting into the taxi, he ran after me claiming I had another key card. I didn't, but he started arguing again, so I just left. It was a bad send-off and no way to treat a customer. I don't mind paying for water, but the way he handled it wasn't cool. I also had to ask for toilet paper every day instead of having it left in the room. Not a big deal, but it should have been there.

We ended up at The Aaron Boutique Hotel for a one-night extension in Nha Trang. My girlfriend and I made the plan spontaneously and chose to fly back to Ho Chi Minh City instead of taking the bus or train. We found the hotel on Booking, and the price was very reasonable. We booked the most basic room. It was small but clean, tidy, and well maintained, just right for a short overnight stay. Check-in was quick and easy after a long day. The lobby was clean and fairly spacious. There's only one elevator, so it can be slow at busy times, especially when everyone returns after dinner. We didn't get to the pool, though it looked quite decent in the photos. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around, but the bar right next to the entrance can make things a little noisy in the evening. The two bottles of water in the room were extremely small, and felt insufficient when we arrived thirsty. Standard 500ml bottles would be a simple, thoughtful improvement. A practical choice for a short stay, especially when booking last-minute and looking for cleanliness and convenience.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the staff were nice and helpful. It's about 5 minutes from the beach, on a busy street full of shops, places to eat, and pubs. Still, the hotel sits on a narrow back street, so it was very quiet. Very good value for money.
