We spent almost three months at this lovely hotel during a long winter stay. After two months in Thailand, we came down to beautiful Vietnam, and our time here was perfect. Jenny was there for us day and night and helped with so much, we're very thankful. She showed us the real soul and heart of Vietnamese people. Her English was almost perfect, and after all that time we became close friends. My girlfriend Yana and Jenny would spend time in the kitchen sharing recipes and cooking some awesome dishes together. The location was great, just five minutes from the ocean, with lots of cafes and restaurants around the block, so you'll never be hungry. Our room was cosy, and everything in the hotel felt designed with heart. We had AC, a fan, and hot water, and got a pretty sweet deal for staying long term. Hope we can come back soon! The amenities were clean, but the bed was rock solid and no fun to sleep on. The narrow staircase wasn't great either.

For a place just to sleep, this is ideal. The location is good, every room has a balcony, and the friendly hostess and her assistant make it feel cozy instead of like a simple flophouse. Cleaning is provided, with linen and towels changed. There were very few insects, and no thefts were reported. We paid 10,000 rubles for 13 nights, which is a huge plus for such a modest price. All the reviews are entirely justified.

It's a small hotel with just a few rooms, set in a courtyard where it's quiet and easy to sleep. The location is excellent. The rooms are small, but enough for two people since you didn't come just to stay in the hotel. There's a closet, mini-fridge, TV, air conditioning, fan, and bed. The hostess speaks good English and provided a kettle and a little table with cutlery, which we especially appreciated. Rooms 3 and 5 have balconies, though I don't know about the others. There are chairs with backs on the balcony. We paid only $96 for eight days.
