The room was comfortable, with a balcony and a nice view, and breakfast was fine. From check-in through checkout, everything went smoothly. The massages were excellent, and breakfast was decent. But the pool on the sixth floor gets no direct sun, so the water was freezing. Lunch, afternoon tea and dinner were disappointing. Lunch and dinner had the same poor menu, mostly basic Western dishes with Asian-style soups as starters, and everything arrived cold. I'd strongly suggest skipping those meals. The hotel wasn't terrible, but it didn't feel like the luxury five-star experience it advertised. The rooms and lobby weren't especially attractive, and the rooms lacked storage and decor. I also suspect some of the reviews are fake. If this had been marketed as a three-star stay, I'd call it excellent, but for five stars, prepare

We only stayed one night because one of the kids had stomach issues, but if we'd been in Nha Trang longer, I definitely would have booked more nights. The room was clean and had no strange smell, and the price was very affordable. It's in a great spot, across from Gold Coast mall and near lots of places to eat. Breakfast was simple but had plenty of variety, and the staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed in the family room. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend this place.

QUYEN handled check-in and check-out. They spoke English well and were very friendly. We were three people staying for three nights, and the city-view room was on a higher floor, which was wonderful. There was an extra room in addition to the living room and bedroom, and the Queen Bed and Single Bed made for a comfortable sleep. I was very satisfied and would gladly visit again.
