We were glad to stay here, and they even let us work downstairs at reception. The staff were very friendly and the cleaning was great 👍🏻 One reason we booked was the chance to eat at the hotel restaurant, but it’s temporarily closed. There’s not even a microwave to heat delivery or takeaway food, and the TV doesn’t work properly. ☺️🙏🏻

The rooms are on the small side and feel a bit damp, which might bother you if you want more space and a dry atmosphere. Still, they were reasonably clean and comfortable. Arise Hotel is handy for exploring, close to attractions, shops, and restaurants, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. A solid budget option if location and service matter to you.

The room is a bit small, but very clean and neat. The shower runs slowly during peak times. It's in a good spot near the city center, so it's easy to get to other places.

In the city center and easy to find, with a reasonable price, clean and quiet double room, and hospitable staff.

There was no pool, no breakfast, and no apology. The room was clean, and the ocean view rooms do have a nice view, but I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known the pool and restaurant were closed. I chose it because free breakfast and a pool were advertised. Very disappointing.
