We had to switch rooms twice. The first one smelled so awful I could hardly breathe, and the next had a broken toilet. In the room we're in now, the kettle is still broken and the fridge smells like rotting food. The cleanliness is terrible too. There was mould on the walls and in the shower, mud and someone else's hair on the bed, plus a vodka bottle cap left behind that wasn't ours. The rooms look like they haven't been properly cleaned. I feel bad for the woman at reception, since she must get complaints all the time, but the conditions are still unacceptable. We'd ask for a refund and go somewhere else, though the other reviews make it seem like refunds aren't something they offer. For now, we have to put up with it. Wish us luck.

Just an incredibly awful hotel. The walls are peeling and filthy, and the bed linens are very dirty with other people's hair all over them. It looks like some kind of one-dollar hotel in India.

I'm glad I asked to see the room before booking. Chon Cine & Home was new to booking.com with no reviews, so I wanted a look first. The room reeked of damp and mould, and when I lifted the bed cover, there were hairs all over the bed. The TV remote was under the pillow too, and the bedding clearly hadn't been changed since the last guests. Lucky escape. The man at reception was happy to show me around and understood when I said I wouldn't stay.

The quiet, relaxing atmosphere made my stay really enjoyable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to handle any requests. Art Deluxe hotel is only a few minutes on foot from the beach, and it's close to VinWonders and the night market, which is handy for sightseeing around Nha Trang. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with modern amenities, with a lovely sea view. With the service and location, it's an ideal place to stay when visiting Nha Trang.

I stayed here for a couple of days and was lucky to meet such helpful staff. The guy was always responsive and made sure we were comfortable, so thank you for a peaceful stay. The rooms may look dated, but mine was very clean, and the furniture and bathroom were well looked after. There's a safe in the room if you're concerned about cash or jewelry. Shops, cafes, and the sea are nearby too. I recommend this hotel.
