I haven't stayed here, but I know they have wonderful staff. On a rainy day in Saigon, I was struggling to book a car or taxi bike and had decided to walk. Mr Tam offered to help me get a taxi even though I wasn't a guest, and asked for nothing. He even told me to wait under the roof while he kept trying to find one. Thank you, Anh Tam. He was so kind.

I handed over three bags of washing, but got only one back. When I asked about the rest, they insisted I hadn't given them three. After we argued, they found one they'd misplaced, but the third was gone, and they called me a liar. Disrespectful. Avoid this shittu hotel at all costs. The manager is a rude little man.

The staff are so lovely that my child said it felt like being at home. If there were ten stars, I'd give them all ten. The location is really convenient for dining, especially with Tao Dan Park nearby. More than amazing. If I come back to Saigon, this is the only place I'll stay.
