You get what you pay for, I guess. The staff’s bad manners left us really frustrated, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. We understood what we’d paid for, but that doesn’t give staff the right to treat customers like criminals. Owner, please train your staff to be polite. If you don’t want your carefully planned vacation spoiled, stay away from this hotel.

The balcony had an excellent view, and otherwise we had a good stay. But the showers weren’t clean and had mold, and there was no hot water, or at least not the amount you’d expect. Even though we paid for three adults in a family deluxe room, we only got two of everything, including towels.

The view from the eighth floor and from the breakfast area on the 13th floor was great. Shops and taxis were handy too. But hot water wasn’t available right away, and although we paid for three adults, our twin room only had two towels, waters and coffees. The Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast seemed mainly set up for Russian guests rather than Western ones.

The breakfast was nice, and the view from the 13th floor was good. The rooms were consistently clean, with fresh towels and linens. Better than I expected for Vietnam.

My room faced the beach, so there could be a bit of noise at night. It was an okay stay overall, and I’d stay here again if I come back.
