The tour I booked through them was a total mess. I paid 780.000 vnd for three islands, but we didn’t have time to do any of what was planned. When I messaged the lady to complain, she couldn’t understand English and just viewed my messages without replying. The shuttle to the bus station was another disaster. The driver arrived late and without us noticing. I was in the bathroom because I urgently needed to go. My partner explained, but the driver left us at the hotel and told the lady I was taking a shower. That wasn’t true. A liar and incompetent! The whole hotel felt chaotic, messy, and unwelcoming, and everything was unnecessarily expensive for a place that isn’t a luxury hotel. Staff were rude, couldn’t communicate, and kept coming and going from the desks, so you could never find them. They don’t speak English. Even the elevators were a problem. They only work with the room key, and they gave us one per room. If one of us wanted to go out alone, the other was left without electricity in the room and without an elevator on the 28th floor. It took 30 minutes for them to figure out who was responsible for my booking. The phone numbers on Booking.com were wrong, and I’d been talking to two ladies I thought worked at the hotel. Once I arrived, I realized there were lots of organizations in the same building and my booking had basically got lost among the desks. I had breakfast included, but an impolite lady first told me I had to pay. After I showed her it was included, she had to call three different numbers to work out the problem. Awful experience. I’d never come back.
