I loved the room’s view, with sky and sea all around. I hope Eurostar hotel can sort out these small issues before we return. The air conditioner was broken, and the receptionist on the evening shift was horrible. After we made their towel dirty, we agreed to pay the damage compensation, but he behaved badly and wouldn’t give us another towel. He also said the air conditioner was fine. The manager and night-shift receptionist were amazing, though. They handled most of the problems professionally. The night-shift staff member took the time to apologize and gave me another towel along with an extra fan.

We spent a short holiday in Nha Trang. This is a good beachfront hotel in the best location in town, with good service, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Vote!

It’s a workable hotel with the basics you’d want, but the rooms are noisy and the cleaning service was poor.
