It’s right in the city center, and the service is nice. The receptionist was kind and quick, they deserve a raise or promotion. What really impressed me was the price, with rooms for just under 500k dong, which is very cheap. The room itself is simple, nice and cozy. The showerhead is complicated, though, and soap is what the hotel lacks most. Bring your own, since the pump may be broken or there may be no soap at all. Definitely worth it. This should be a 10-star hotel, solid 9.5/10.

I stayed for over a month, extending my reservations repeatedly and often creating extra work for the team. They were patient, understanding and helpful every time. My sincere thanks to the hotel staff for their kindness and outstanding service. A special thank you to Ty and Giang. They were always friendly, attentive and ready to help with anything. Their warm manner and professionalism made a long stay truly comfortable. I’d also like to recognize the management for keeping service at such a high level and showing genuine care for guests. Amazing value for money. The room was huge, with lots of big windows, including a larger one with a view from the bathtub. The beds and pillows were perfection. The swimming pool was quite good compared with the “pools” at other Nha Trang hotels.

Ms. Thanh took care of everything and was kind, helpful and professional. She made the whole experience even more pleasant. The sauna itself was excellent, very clean and relaxing, just right for unwinding. I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

The rooftop pool was a great place to chill, and staying here for two nights was a plus. It’s just a few minutes by taxi to pretty much anywhere you’d want to visit, like the beach, night market or shops. Fine overall.
