The host and his wife were lovely, and the rooms were clean and cozy. It’s a good location, about a 10-minute walk to the city center, and they gave us directions. They also helped us book a bus to Hue and serve a delicious breakfast. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Our rooms looked out over a garden, a peaceful spot to enjoy an excellent breakfast. We got a lovely welcome at Green Garden Homestay, even though we arrived early in the morning after the night train. The hosts speak very good English and can help arrange all sorts of things, from day trips to tailoring.

Nice choice for our Hoi An trip 🤗🤗 The homestay is cozy, the owner is very kind, and both the room and bathroom were really clean. Laundry is available for 30.00 VND/Kg, wash and dry. Bottled water in the room costs 10.000 VND each. They also offer breakfast if you want it, for 50.000 VND/person.

Breakfast is served out in the garden, and it felt peaceful staying here. The family are friendly, the room is clean, and the air-conditioning works well. A very good place.

Awful experience. The room we got was nothing like the one we booked. It had no windows, and it was awful.
