The hotel itself was fine, but we found the pool cold, the food tasteless, and the room cleaning questionable because I kept finding someone else's hair. The trip was spoiled for us by what happened with our money. The day before we left the country, my family went to the spa for an extended stay. Before leaving the hotel, they counted the money in the safe. The next morning, someone had changed the safe password, so they called reception, and the receptionist opened it. After counting the cash, they found $100 missing. We believe it was deliberately taken the day before we left, after the password had been reset, and we're sure the cleaning lady did it. We contacted hotel management, but they said there was nothing they could do except call the police. The employees understood that wouldn't help since we were leaving the country. The hotel just said "sorry," and that was it. I don't recommend staying here.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great, but the staff really made my stay special. Huy, NAM, and Hiu were all so kind, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome and helped make my time in Nha Trang even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at Gonzala Hotel Nha Trang and would gladly come back. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh, tasty dishes and a different menu each day, so there was always something new. The hotel also has a lovely sauna and pool where you can relax after a long day. Rooms are bright, cozy, and spotlessly clean, a comfortable place to unwind. What stands out most is the staff. They're friendly, attentive, and professional, speak several languages, and are ready to help or offer advice at any hour. Their care makes the place feel warm, calm, and welcoming. Gonsala Hotel is somewhere I'd happily return to, and I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.

The restaurant was spacious, with plenty of room between tables, and the food was replenished regularly. The catering team gave very good service. I also liked the beautiful decorations and the sushi for CNY. The rooftop pool bar has a nice view. It's centrally located, and I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation with quality service.

For the reasonable price, the excellent breakfast is a real plus, and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nha Trang. It's right by the beach in a fantastic location. The hotel is very clean and quiet, with strong water pressure and good drainage. Lastly, thanks to Ms. Hien Nam Ninh for her kind manner and bright smile.
