Hoan Hai Hotel

My family and I, with our two children, stayed in room 501 on the fifth floor. We had a balcony and sea view, and the room was comfortable. It had a double bed and a single bed, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, fan, shower with a heater, and toilet. The room was cleaned and the sheets changed every day. Staff were polite, and everyone understood my broken English. Check-in was immediate when we arrived at 11 a.m. They keep your passports instead of taking a deposit, but you can get them easily if you need them. Breakfast ran from 7 to 9 a.m. It was repetitive but very filling. There was always a huge bowl of soup, with noodles each day and sometimes chicken, meat, vegetables, fried eggs, breaded chicken legs, or porridge. They also had coffee, homemade lemonade, pastries, watermelon, and other tasty things. The beach is 30 meters away, just across the road. There’s no pool, but we didn’t need one, and there is a pool on the beach opposite the hotel. A night food street nearby opens at 6 PM, with seafood, pancakes, ice cream, and more. There are also plenty of good cafes with different cuisines, from Russian to Indian, tour centers with Russian guides, Russian-speaking pharmacies, currency exchanges, and minimarkets. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We’ve been to Nha Trang before, and this is the most comfortable and worthwhile hotel we’ve stayed in there.

A budget place that works for an overnight stay, especially for travelers without special needs. The room has a refrigerator, fan, air conditioning, and a TV with one Russian-language channel. It surprised me at first that there was no window, but apparently that’s normal in budget hotels. They cleaned daily and changed both the towels and bed linen.

The location is the best part, right on the beach, and the hotel suited our budget well. We liked the place. Our room’s balcony was shared by four rooms on the floor, which made it a nice spot to sit in the evening. They cleaned the room, changed the sheets, and left toothbrushes every day. The beds didn’t creak.
