Lasan View Hotel

At first glance, everything seemed fine while I lived at this hotel, but problems kept coming up. The room had no shelves in the fridge, which was inconvenient, and cockroaches crawled around the food in it at night. They came out from under the furniture, not through the window, so they must have already been living there. My child and I sprayed them in the bedroom with dichlorvos, and we coughed from the poison that night. When I asked the manager for help, I was called an annoying guest. The internet only worked now and then. Sometimes it connected, but I couldn't even send a message. Whitewash kept flaking off the walls in chunks, so I was constantly sweeping. The sink leaked, and the bathroom drain wouldn't clear the water, leaving a puddle on the floor. I had to wash the floor over and over to get rid of the sticky residue. The parking area was packed with bikes no one would move. The elevator could stop after I pressed the button, and I had to push hard to select my floor. Every evening there was noise and drinking outside the windows, so sleeping early was impossible. The manager also kept switching off the lights in the hallway and parking area to save electricity, leaving it too dark to see. The bathroom handle was faulty, and the manager didn't have a key. My two-year-old accidentally locked himself inside and cried alone for 30 minutes while the repairman couldn't open the door. Afterward, they didn't even ask how he was; they threatened to call the police unless I paid for a new handle. The hotel's location also made crossing the road a huge problem. The bed was covered in what looked like insect larvae and had holes, and the mattress was poor. I've stayed at many hotels in this city, and this was the worst place in Nha Trang. I wouldn't want anyone to stay here longer than a day, and even one day is too long when you'll be met by cockroaches at night.
