Lavender Nha Trang Hotel

The room was cleaned every day, but a strange smell lingered the whole time. I think the lack of ventilation caused it, especially since some rooms have no window. The hotel is well placed near the beach and restaurants, but the smell and unattractive interior mean I wouldn't return.

The staff made the stay feel especially welcoming. They were warm, professional, and ready to help from check-in through check-out. The room was comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. It was an easy walk to the beach, shops, and local restaurants, while the hotel itself stayed quiet enough for a good night's sleep. For the cleanliness and service, the price felt like good value. I'd happily stay at Lavender Nha Trang Hotel again on a future visit to Nha Trang, whether for a short trip or a longer holiday.

For 250K VND, this is a very good hotel. My room was clean, had a useful desk and a balcony, and housekeeping came daily. There are dozens of restaurants and street vendors nearby, which made the area even better. One thing to know: some places claim to offer free breakfast, but there isn't breakfast available at all, paid or free.

The receptionist was polite, attentive, welcoming, and spoke good English, so I felt at home right away. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. It was quiet throughout my stay. Maybe the soundproofing is good, or maybe the neighbors were just quiet. The electronic key card worked reliably, and the Wi-Fi was good too. The bathroom looked stylish, with a nice door and a shower offering three modes. Hot water was always available, and there were two large body towels plus two small face towels. In the room, I had a kettle and cups for tea, a comfortable table and chair for laptop work, and conveniently placed sockets by the desk and on both sides of the bed. The room was sparkling clean, with quality bedsheets. I loved the duvet and mattress, although the pillows were too high for me.
