The staff were quick to help whenever I asked. There weren't any outlets near the bed, along with a few other minor hassles, so they moved me to a larger room with a balcony for free through checkout. Decent for the price, but I wouldn't choose a balcony room for sleeping. It was extremely noisy. The windows faced a tourist street, with constant shouting, music and other noise. The sound insulation was so poor I could hear someone coughing next door and people knocking at night. The curtains let in quite a lot of light, and the pillows were too high and uncomfortable. I barely slept. The hotel feels worn, the furniture is old, and the air conditioner is loud. Maybe I was unlucky with the room. Staff promised to address it next time, but I'm not sure I'd return.

The Hotel is close to both the beach and the center, and it was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay in beautiful Nha Trang. But the best host I’ve found in my 12 years of traveling is Lan. She gives so much to her guests and would do anything she can for them. She's smart, quick, hardworking, warm, super friendly and always smiling. She was always there for me, so I think she works 24 hours a day. I just wanted to stay with her and her family forever. Thank you, Lan, for being such a great host. See you another time here at my home in NT.

Even with its central spot in Nha Trang, my room was surprisingly quiet. It was clean and had everything I needed, including AC and hot water. The staff were very nice and helpful. I recommend it 100%.

It's a short walk to the beach, with a night market nearby. The room was clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!
