The Gold Coast Hotel Nha Trang

The room itself was clean, but it was honestly the worst hotel choice of our whole trip through Vietnam. The location is fine if you like tacky surroundings, and the rooms felt tacky too. Communication with the team was terrible. They weren’t helpful or accommodating, and wouldn’t let us pay by card, so we had to walk around looking for an ATM. We arrived early and tried to speak to the security guard, who was asleep when we got there and then farted right in front of us. Our luggage had to be left in a really insecure place. The upstairs lounge was meant to open at 7am, but when we tried to use it, we got loads of attitude.

Really good quality for the price, in a prime spot in the city. An outstanding hotel.

A convenient spot near the railway station and coast. The hotel is really nice, with clean, modern, spacious rooms and balconies. The view is nice, at least from the higher floors, and it’s very good value.

I only spent one night here, but had a very positive experience. The room and hotel were cozy and well equipped, and the gym and swimming pool being open 24/24 was a plus. Mr Nam showed me the room before I checked in, gave me a tour of the hotel, and was great with the service. The receptionist adjusted the price to match booking and gave me an upgrade. I checked out late, and miss huong was open minded and didn’t charge me. I’d recommend this place if you want to stay away from the city noise while still being close to the beach.
