Le's Cham Hotel

I never stayed at the hotel, since I chose not to go after the way my request was handled. I had missed a flight for reasons beyond my control and asked simply to move my arrival by one day, not to cancel, get a refund, or receive special treatment. Even though rooms still seemed to be available, they didn't consider a reasonable solution. They said my booked room type was unavailable, although it still appeared to be listed. I even offered to take a lower category without asking for the price difference back, but they refused. The only option they offered was an extra 700,000 VND per night for a premium suite. It felt as if money mattered more than showing any understanding to a traveler already having a hard time. Travel plans can go wrong, and I expected the hotel to listen and use some common sense. Instead, the response felt cold, strictly administrative, and devoid of empathy. A little flexibility could have turned a bad day into a decent experience, but I found the establishment rigid and opaque, with guest well-being taking a back seat to rules and profit. After the hotel's response, I want to point out what I see as serious contradictions for future travelers. The hotel said there were no rooms available apart from a premium suite, but rooms, including lower categories than the one I had booked, were still listed afterward. I have screenshots. Despite saying no solution was possible, they then asked me to remove my Google review in exchange for the possibility of staying in a room. That seems to conflict with the no-availability claim. They also refused to make any official change through the booking site, the only valid booking platform, and tried to handle things outside it without written confirmation or anything visible on its dashboard. The exchanges and screenshots are available as evidence, and people can judge for themselves. In short, they said no rooms were available, made a possible solution conditional on removing a review, and gave no official confirmation through the booking site. This raises a serious concern about transparency and business ethics. Looking at other reviews, this kind of behavior doesn't seem isolated. Travelers who value honesty, transparency, and a little goodwill can draw their own conclusions.

We spent three days in Vietnam and stayed only at Le’s Cham Hotel. It was a comfortable, pleasant visit, and the staff were all friendly. They even reached out proactively as soon as the booking was confirmed. Being right in the city center made it easy to get to the attractions. We’ll come back with our family next time.

The staff and consulting team were especially friendly, and during our time in Nha Trang we learned about lots of good places to eat and enjoy ourselves. Le’s Cham Hotel is right in the city center, so getting to tourist attractions is easy. We hope to return next year.

There are plenty of places to eat and shop around Le’s Cham Hotel, and getting around from its convenient location is easy. The lobby is a little small and can feel crowded when lots of guests check in at once, but that didn't bother us. Everything else was absolutely good!
