The breakfast made a strong impression: the menu changed daily and had plenty of variety. Linh from the kitchen team was especially attentive, promptly refilling dishes even when it was busy and quickly helping whenever I asked for something. I was here on a recent business trip and had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, fresh, and well kept, the location made it easy to get around, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Sofia, Nejan, Linf, and Jun were all very nice and helpful when I needed help with my room's floor, check-in, and tips around the city. The location is ideal for the beach and a busy street with lots of restaurants, spas, money exchange places, and bike rentals. It can get windy there, and it's warmer once you leave the street. My room was clean and spacious, with city and sea views. From one of the highest floors I couldn't hear street noise. The bathroom had a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower, and I couldn't find hair conditioner. There was only bar soap, not the liquid kind I prefer. Breakfast tasted good, though the dining room was busy and there was no bacon for my eggs. The Pho was perfect, and the other dishes and desserts left me satisfied. The pool is on the seventh floor and doesn't get much sun, so it may feel cold when it's windy. The hotel isn't the newest. Also, there were lots of Russians who seemed to treat every white person as Russian, lol.

The location was hard to beat, with an easy short walk to restaurants, cafes, malls, the beach, and 2-4 park. The room had an ocean view that was nice, though other hotels partly blocked it. The beds were comfortable, with soft, supportive mattresses and pillows that stayed soft without going flat. Breakfast was one of the biggest buffets we've seen while traveling, with lots of choices that changed daily. It was often busy, but the kitchen and buffet staff kept everything fresh and well stocked, and the dining room manager and team were always pleasant. We liked having the quieter overflow dining room upstairs too. Front desk staff were professional and granted our special request, which improved our stay and day. The Libra was clean, modern, and comfortable, and we can confidently recommend it. One odd thing: the Do Not Disturb light switches off when you remove the key card from the power slot as you leave. We prefer to have our room cleaned every other day.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and there are a gym and a semi-outdoor pool. The bathroom could use better lighting: there's no vanity light, just a ceiling light behind you. Ask whether the room has windows and whether they open if you prefer fresh air to AC. In December, January, and February, nights can be cool, around 20oC, and I found the natural ocean breeze better for sleeping than AC. The hotel is in a quiet section, about a three-minute walk from the center of the area, at the corner of Ng thi Minh Khai&Hing Vuong streets. Rooms range from 15 to 25 sqm. Our 25 sqm room felt a little tight for two people because there was barely room for our three suitcases. There is a safe for valuables.
