Mercure Nha Trang Beach

The pool and jacuzzi were too cold for us, so we didn’t spend long there, though the area has loungers, sofas, tables, and free towels. There’s also a gym, which we didn’t use. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, and the team kept the buffet stocked and cleared plates quickly. We would have liked more desserts and drinks, since the juices tasted a little diluted to us. My partner and I stayed at Mercure Nha Trang Beach from December 30, 2025 to January 6, 2026 for New Year’s week. The hotel was clean throughout, with modern, inviting decor. Our room was comfortable, and the fresh fruit waiting there was a nice welcome. We also appreciated the personal notes and clear instructions for requesting housekeeping, towel changes, or fresh linen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone spoke excellent English. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, with checkout especially quick. The bathroom amenities smelled wonderful, too. We had a relaxing, comfortable holiday and would happily come back.

Summer and Phi deserve a special thank you for the personal attention. They were consistently warm and welcoming. We were back for a second stay, and the caring, responsive staff made us feel at home again. Everyone went out of their way to make things comfortable, and it felt like joining one big family. You're wonderful!

It rained during my trip to Nha Trang, but the hotel still felt warm and relaxing. The room had a lovely view and was comfortable, and the whole place felt new, clean, and modern, with a really nice design. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, from arrival to departure. I liked the wide breakfast selection and the quality of the food. The location was handy too, near the beach and lots of local restaurants. I’d gladly return to Mercure Nha Trang and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The public beach is right across the road, and the Front Desk gave us fresh towels whenever we went over. I thought the beach compared well with beaches in Sydney Australia, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was fantastic. The hotel is small enough to feel intimate and family-like, while guests from Vietnam and around the world still create a lovely Vietnamese community embracing many nationalities. I’ve stayed at several Accor hotels in Vietnam and elsewhere since retiring, so I notice which ones have a WOW factor. Mercure Nha Trang Beach is one of them, thanks to the people. From the moment I arrived, the warmth, attention to detail, and hospitality felt world-class. Mr. Tu, Front Office Manager, and his team, including Ms. Tracey, Ms. Lisa, Mr. An, Mr. Khoa, Ms. Q and Ms. T, were wonderful. The F&B Team, led by Mr. Thien and looked after by Mr. Darren, also deserves thanks, as do Ms. Mai, Ms. Min, and the Chefs. Concierge and Housekeeping were proactive, friendly, and ready to help. I initially booked 1 night, then extended twice, staying 7 nights in total. I attached a photo collage of the heartists I met across different hotel functions, and want to mention my favourites, Mr. Darren, Mr. An and Ms. Mai. As an Accor member, I also noticed how carefully the Team followed Accor procedures, including awarding points immediately after each extension.
