The air conditioner was broken, and we had to keep calling reception to turn it on. Waking up in a hot room was super annoying, and they didn’t seem to care about fixing anything else either. Everything was broken, and they charged $68,000 for a large bottle of water that costs only 10,000 in stores. Absolutely ridiculous service. Save your money and stay somewhere better, this place robs you.

The room had a lot of problems: the AC didn’t work, several lights were burnt out, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything our neighbours did. We got no sleep during our 4 nights there. The do not disturb button by the door didn’t work, and staff entered our room without permission all four days. When we were leaving, a guy chased us down and demanded 68,000 VND for one bottle of water from the room, which costs 10,000 in stores. The place looks nice outside, but there are lots of issues inside. My friends and I were very unhappy with the stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The mattress and pillows were really comfortable, and the hotel was clean, with airy rooms and good-quality interiors. Staff were nice and shared useful local food tips. We also loved the free bike rental. It’s a great value and conveniently located for getting around, but away from the noise of downtown Tran Phu. The beach is a 7 minute walk, and it’s 4 minutes to the night market and main street Tran Phu. The beach is lovely, and you can rent a beach bench for 100k to relax there all day. The pictures are of places within walking distance or the view from my room. I’ll definitely come back.

Under the bed I found watermelon seeds, the bed linen was yellow, and the dishes were dirty. There was no hand soap, and the pool was dirty and not working. I wouldn’t come back.
