The shower flooded, the sheets were dirty, there were bed bugs, and the bathroom was moldy. They charged us to clean sheets that already had blood stains on them. When we tried to leave and book somewhere else, they refused to refund us. By today's standards, this is less than a two-star hotel anywhere.

On my business trip, I stayed at NAGAR HOTEL NHA TRANG and came away with a memorable impression. My room had a big window overlooking the city, which made for a relaxing start to the morning. It was modern, nicely designed, clean, and felt luxurious, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom amenities. The hotel is right in the city center, with restaurants, cafes, and well-known attractions nearby. That made it convenient to get around, whether you're there for work or a holiday. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was thorough and efficient. I also enjoyed the restaurant's generous, tasty buffet breakfast. There are plenty of facilities, including an outdoor pool, gym, and spa, which are nice to have after a long workday. For an upscale hotel, the price felt reasonable for what you get. They often run off-season deals, so booking early can get you a good rate.

The doorman was always attentive and caring, and the rest of the staff were friendly and ready to help too. Rooms are cozy and clean, and the hotel is conveniently close to the beach. I found the comfort and service good for the reasonable price. I'd happily return, and recommend it to anyone looking for the same. Many thanks to the team!
