The rooms were clean and the location was really convenient, with great value for the price. Just be ready at check-in: they ask you to leave your passport or pay a 500k deposit.

I had a good view and liked the location. Room 01 on every floor has a large glass window that wraps around 90 degrees. There were several small issues, though: the air con was old and somewhat noisy, and the faucet was loose and hard to shut off completely. Socks from the previous guest were left on the bathroom transom when I arrived. The electrical socket was loose too, so take care when unplugging anything.

The fridge never seemed to get cold enough, but we loved the room for what we paid. It had a nice view, bathtub, and good a/c. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. I’d stay again in Nha Trang.

The bathroom drain smelled awful, and the room was hot even with an extra fan because the AC wasn’t working properly. There was no coffee or tea in the room, contrary to the Agoda ad, and construction had blocked the sea view. There was no swimming pool either, so it didn’t feel like a 3-star hotel. We cut our stay short and cancelled the remaining two nights, but they charged extra for the first night. The security man was helpful. When we left, though, the receptionist was rude, shouting and arguing with us instead of explaining things professionally. We came on vacation to relax, and it turned into an awful experience. There are plenty of other hotels that offer better value for your money.
