Nhi made my stay especially good. She was kind, professional, and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and going above and beyond to make sure things were right. Thank you to her for the care she showed. Champton Hotel in Nha Trang was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable, welcoming feel. The staff provided excellent service from the moment I arrived. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness, great service, and a pleasant stay.

We came for our anniversary and were greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality. The valet, bellboys, and entrance security team were especially friendly and proactive, helping with bags, opening doors, and sorting out bike parking. Five stars to them! Everything feels fresh, modern, and spotless since the hotel is so new. It’s right in the heart of the city, only a short walk from the beach. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Thoa took such good care of us during our stay. She’s a supervisor and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering us drinks and lots of tips for seeing the city. The rooms were clean and very nice, and it’s a brand new hotel. We had an amazing stay thanks to Thoa’s service. We’ll be back to see her again! Thank you so much.

The power went out at 5:49 AM on Jan 6, 2026, and it seemed to affect only this building, since I could see other buildings from my window with power. I was jet-lagged and taking a shower to get an early start when everything suddenly went pitch black. I couldn’t see a thing. I was left in the dark in my room two days in a row, two days of our three-day stay. It seemed they had no generator, and the elevators were out of service. I don’t know what continuity plans they have. Guests could get sick and need medical help at any time. The power came back at 6:54 AM, after an hour. There were other problems with the room. At check-in we found a dead cockroach on the floor near the table. Hot water took 10-15 minutes of running cold water to start. We also booked separate stays because we decided to extend. At check-in, they promised we could stay in the same room, but on day two they deactivated our key. They blamed us for “extending our stay” through separate bookings, despite that promise. We wasted about 40 minutes at check-in on day one, then another 12 minutes getting the key reactivated on day two. I had to come down and report it. Staff came with me, opened the door, and we waited in the dark around 8 PM until they finally brought new keys to our room. They had said they would upgrade a king suite to a two-twin-bed suite. On day two, they pushed the twin beds together, leaving an uncomfortable gap between them, unlike one proper large king bed. There was also plastic wrap in the creamy onion soup served at breakfast on Jan 6, 2026. Communication was difficult. Staff speak little English, and when I called asking for a hair dryer, they didn’t understand. I had to go down to reception and demonstrate what I meant. English phone conversations were extremely hard, the language barrier is real. They keep asking for good reviews. I hope they ask when they’ve actually delivered good service. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a trouble-free, pleasant trip.
