Our group stayed here on 18/7/2022. There was a smell in every room, and some didn’t even have toilet paper. Early the next morning, while we were still using the pool, the cleaning lady asked one of us to clean it. Check-out was at 12, but she started walking around the house cleaning at about 10. That’s unacceptable. Our group of friends all own hotels in dalat, so we know that a 12 o’clock check-out means that’s when she’s allowed to come in. We told her, and she said the boss had told her to come early. While she was arguing with my friend, I walked around to clean up and noticed a room downstairs. There’s a room under the villa where the cleaning lady lives with her son! This is so unacceptable. I’m not sure where I can report it. If you know, please let me know!

The view was the only good part. The rooms were worn down and the service was terrible, and the isolated location made it inconvenient to go out for food or entertainment.

The room photos look beautiful, but the descriptions didn’t match what I found. The bed frame in one room was rotten, with two big holes, and the mattress was very worn, torn, and visibly bent. The bathroom was worse: it leaked, was filthy, and had very weak water pressure. The showerhead was a horrible sight. All the amenities were damaged too, including a broken shampoo container and kitchen shears, and a hairdryer plug that had melted. The floor was so dirty that walking around left my feet completely black. Be extremely careful if you decide to stay. The experience could be unpleasant in ways you don’t expect.

The house has a mango tree, and she gave me some fruit. Kkk, that was a really fun experience. The view is great, and my team of 10 was fine here. The pool is safe for children.
