Phong Luu Hotel Nha Trang

Okay.

The pricing was confusing from the start. I booked three single rooms, then they said the AC in one was broken and changed the arrangement to one double room and one single. I was with a married couple, and they squeezed us into one room. There was no parking in front, so they moved the car farther up. When I came back from parking, they’d put me in a room without explaining anything. I went back to complain and they gave me the single room again. The next morning, the landlord said the AC hadn’t been broken at all, the other guy just didn’t know how to turn it on. Then they charged me extra for the room again. Ridiculous. Make sure you clarify everything if you stay here, or you could lose money and get frustrated. The rooms had no toilet paper, toothbrushes, or hand soap. A complete waste of money.

There’s no elevator, and the staircase is extremely narrow, so hauling a suitcase upstairs is really difficult. The room was small, old, and not cheap.

For a mid-range hotel, the quality was better than I expected. The rooms were clean, cozy, quiet, and fully equipped, and the price was reasonable for either business or tourism. The staff were especially enthusiastic and did their best to make guests comfortable and satisfied. A great affordable option!
